Setup guide for Sanctions.io for HubSpot (DoSanctions)

Install the app

On the HubSpot Marketplace Listing for the app, sign in to HubSpot to click Install the app:

1. Choose your HubSpot Account

If you only have one HubSpot account, this step will be skipped automatically.

2. Confirm permissions to connect the app to HubSpot
    1. DoSanctions Sanctions HubSpot Integration is designed to work with your HubSpot CRM as the source of truth, keeping the data under your ownership as much as possible.

3. Connect your HubSpot portal to Sanctions.io
    1. In HubSpot, navigate to Settings > Integrations
    2. Locate the Sanctions.io for HubSpot (DoSanctions) app.

Click Connect

Paste in your API key for your Sanctions.io account

Click anywhere on the App-card to validate your API token and click connect:

Your Sanctions.io account company name is displayed next to your HubSpot portal ID number. Your app is fully installed!

4. Display the App cards on HubSpot Company and Contact records

    1. While still in the HubSpot app settings, click the App cards tab

2. Click Company screening > Manage locations. On the Record page > Default view, enable Company screening and press Save

3. Click Contact screening > Manage locations. On the Record page > Default view, enable Contact screening and press Save:
