Keeping directories like Google My Business, Facebook, Yelp, & others up to date and accurate is crucial to the success of any local SEO campaign. The most important factor for all these listings is to ensure you maintain your NAP details: Business NAME, ADDRESS & PHONE number- even down to their formatting.
The score summary lets you see the status of all your listings at a glance, giving you a glimpse of your accurate listings, listings with errors, or not found listings.
Below the score summary, you'll see a list of the local directories that the platform tracks sorted by their domain strength - Note Facebook as number 1 on the list.
If the platform finds a listing for your business with the correct NAP information, it will display green alongside the listing status. As you can see in the screenshot above, if the platform finds a listing but there are errors or if it fails to find a listing at all, the listing status column will be yellow or red, respectively.
The most important use of the Local Report Card is the ability to view and complete or edit the local directory's in one centralised location.
*Note: Access to your HubDo Portal is required to make any corrections. Service clients can view the live listing and monitor this report monthly to see the team working through updating and creating these listings.
By clicking the arrow next to the Platform name e.g. Hotfrog, you will be taken to the live listing on this site.
Clicking 'View Task' (grey button on the far right column) for any directory (in this example, we'll use Facebook and Truelocal) will open a pop-up window in which you can interact with that particular task.

If the platform finds errors on your listing, but you'd like to mark it correct anyway (e.g. 'Phone Number may be missing' - *our platform will mark this as an error), you can simply click the 'Verify Correct' button if you wish. We strongly recommend you update all errors and incorrect listings to ensure your NAP remains consistent.
Once you've completed these checks you will then need to refresh the report to see your changes. We suggest verifying all your listings before refreshing.
If the platform cannot find a listing or you would like to create a new listing at any time, click 'Create Your Listing' to be automatically directed to the registration page for that particular local directory. Of course, if at any time you want to leave notes, add attachments, or assign the task to a Support team member, you can do so using the buttons to the bottom left of the pop-up window.
