I've applied Price list A to my customer quote, per my Company settings, but want to give this customer an additional discount on some line items. Can I type in a discount default number or discount by product to override the price list?

Manually editing DoPricer discounts:

DoPricer sets a discount if any is predefined at the company level

By default, DoPricer prevents sales reps from manually overriding the line item prices and discounts. So if you manually edit the price on the quote, DoPricer will switch the discount back to the original amount.

'Price lock' can be deactivated so that you are able to manually set line item price and discount and DoPricer will not revert it back to what it was. Contact us to manage this for you. Future updates to the App; we plan to add the ability to enable/disable this, at a per-user level.
