Can I make bulk changes to pricing and discounts?
DoPricer does not include a built-in bulk editing tool for pricing or discounts. However, there are two supported approaches depending on what you need to change.
Bulk discount changes
To update discounts across multiple Companies at once, use a HubSpot workflow. Workflows let you set or update DoPricer discount properties on Company records in bulk — for example, applying a new default discount to a segment of customers.

Bulk price list changes
To update custom prices across multiple products at once, use HubSpot's product library import/export function. Export your product library to a spreadsheet, update the relevant custom price fields, then re-import.

Important: existing Line Items are not affected
Updating a price list does not affect existing Line Items — the new price is only applied to Line Items created after the change. If you need existing Line Items to reflect updated pricing, they will need to be recreated.
