Cancelling Your PandaDoc Subscription
Terms for cancellation of PandaDoc
All PandaDoc subscriptions through HubDo are on a 12-month commitment, billed monthly.
This means that while you pay on a convenient month-by-month basis, your commitment runs for the full 12-month period — cancellations take effect at the end of the current commitment term, not at the end of the current month.
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, contact us at support@hubdo.com and we will confirm your commitment end date and process your cancellation accordingly. No further charges will be made beyond that date.
Contract Terms from August 2026
From 1 August 2026, all PandaDoc subscriptions through HubDo move onto a 12-month commitment cycle, renewing annually on 1 August each year.
Existing Customers (signed up before 1 August 2026)
If you joined before 1 August 2026, your subscription will have been billed monthly with no fixed term up to that point. Your first 12-month commitment period will commence on 1 August 2026, and any cancellation request received before that date will take effect at the end of that commitment year — e.g. 31 August 2027 and yearly thereafter.
New Customers (signing up before 1 August 2026)
If you sign up as a new customer before 1 August 2026, you will be billed monthly up until the renewal date of 1 August 2026, at which point your 12-month commitment period commences - renewing 31 August each year thereafter.
New Customers (signing up from 1 August 2026)
Your 12-month commitment begins on the date of sign-up and renews annually on 31 August each year. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current 12-month commitment period.

However, please note that as all subscriptions are on a 12-month commitment, cancellations take effect at the end of your current commitment period, not immediately. You won't be charged beyond that date, but monthly payments continue until the commitment term ends.
