What problem does DoPricer solve?
Most B2B businesses don't sell at a single price. They have trade customers, distributor rates, volume discounts, category-based pricing, and custom agreements — often stored in spreadsheets outside of HubSpot.
When sales reps create quotes, they have to manually look up the right price or discount for each customer and each product. That creates:
- Pricing errors — wrong prices quoted, especially when spreadsheets change
- Margin leakage — reps applying the wrong (or over-generous) discounts
- Slow quoting — time lost looking things up
- Customer disputes — quotes that don't match agreed pricing
DoPricer eliminates these problems by applying the correct pricing rules automatically, the moment a product is added to a deal or quote.
How does DoPricer work?
When a sales rep adds a product to a HubSpot Deal or Quote, DoPricer detects it instantly and applies the right price and/or discount in the background — typically within a few seconds.
The rep doesn't need to do anything. DoPricer reads the pricing rules you've configured for that customer and applies them automatically.
Note: Because DoPricer updates prices in the background, your sales reps need to press browser refresh to see the updated prices on screen. This is a quick step that becomes second nature.
DoPricer also records exactly what it did — every line item shows which pricing rule was applied, giving you a full audit trail.
What pricing rules can DoPricer apply?
DoPricer supports two core approaches, which can be used independently or together:
Discount-based pricing Apply a percentage discount to your standard HubSpot list price. Discounts can be set at three levels:
- Per product (SKU) — a specific discount for a specific product at a specific company
- Per product category — a discount for an entire category of products (e.g. 10% off all Pumps)
- Default discount — a blanket discount applied to everything when no product or category rule matches
Custom price lists Replace the list price entirely with a customer-specific price. Useful for trade pricing, distributor pricing, or OEM pricing where a completely different price structure applies. Supports multiple currencies.
Both approaches are configured per company in HubSpot — so each customer gets their own pricing rules, applied automatically to every deal and quote.

DoPricer is built for B2B businesses that:

Does DoPricer charge per user?
No. DoPricer pricing is based on the number of line items processed each month — not the number of users in your HubSpot portal.
You can have 2 sales reps or 200 sales reps and pay exactly the same. Plans start from $89/month.
