Where can I find a list of my company's pricing rules?

DoPricer stores pricing rules directly on each Company record in HubSpot.

To see all your companies' pricing rules in one place, you can create a custom view in the Company overview list that surfaces every DoPricer property as a column.

How to create a pricing rules view

  1. In HubSpot, go to Contacts > Companies to open the Company overview list.
  2. Click Create new view (or open an existing view you want to modify).
  3. Click Edit columns.
  4. In the search box, type DoPricer.
  5. Add all DoPricer properties that apply to your set up. These may include:
    • DoPricer Enabled — whether DoPricer is active for this Company
    • Discount by Product Items — per-SKU discount rules (e.g. ABC123=10, ABC124=20)
    • Discount Default — the fallback discount percentage for this Company
    • DoPricer Pricelist — the custom price list assigned to this Company (if applicable)
    • Any product category discount properties configured for your portal (e.g. Wholesale Category Discount)
  6. Click Save.

Your view will now display one row per Company, with all DoPricer pricing rules visible at a glance.

What the columns tell you

Property What it shows
DoPricer Enabled Whether DoPricer is switched on or off for this Company
Discount by Product Items Per-SKU overrides — these take the highest priority in DoPricer's discount logic
Discount Default The fallback discount applied when no SKU or category match is found
DoPricer Pricelist The custom price list (e.g. Wholesale USD) assigned to this Company, if any
Category discount properties Discount percentages for each product category (e.g. Wholesale Category Discount)

Tip: If you do not see a DoPricer property you expect — such as a category discount or a custom price list — it may not have been configured for your portal yet. Contact HubDo Support for guidance.

Understanding DoPricer's discount priority

When DoPricer processes a line item, it checks discounts in this order and stops at the first match:

  1. Per-SKU discount (Discount by Product Items) — highest priority
  2. Product category discount — applied if the product has a category set and the Company has a matching discount property
  3. Default discount (Discount Default) — applied if no SKU or category match is found
  4. No discount — if all three are empty, no discount is applied
