How can my Finance team receive a copy of our monthly invoice?

Do you need other team members to get a copy of your HubDo Marketplace invoices?

Add a Billing Admin

To have your Finance team copied on all future billing-related notifications:

  1. From your Marketplace Hub,
  2. Choose "Users" from the menu

    Users - top menu option - Invite Users
  3. Click on ‘Invite Users’ button
  4. Within the pop-up window, enter the new email address:

    Add email address and select Role type
    Select Billing Admin as the User Role
  5. Select ‘Billing Admin’ from the dropdown list of available role types.
Note: if you enter an alias (eg. finance@acme.com), an individual with access to this mailbox will receive a notification prompting them to create a password.
