How to create line-item reports in HubSpot

DoPricer applies your company's prices and discounts directly to Line Items on HubSpot Deals. Create a report to track how many new Line Items your team is creating each month.

Please note: Custom reports in HubSpot require a Professional or Enterprise subscription (Marketing, Sales, Service, Data, or Commerce Hub).

  1. In HubSpot, go to Reporting > Reports
  2. Click Create report (top right) > Single-object report > Next
  3. Under What data source do you want to report on?, select Line Items > Next
  4. Click the Visualization tab and choose Vertical column chart
  5. Drag Count of Line Items up to the Displaying box
  6. Drag Create Date up to the Displaying box
  7. At the top of the page, edit the Filter — set Create Date is Last 365 days and click Update Filter
  8. Set the Frequency (top right) to Monthly
  9. Click Save report
