DoPricer CPQ is installed! What next?

After installing, you land on the DoPricer settings screen. Work through these steps to get up and running.

Step 1: Check DoPricer is on

DoPricer on/off is on when you install. Your free trial covers 14 days and up to 500 new line items. After that, DoPricer switches off until you choose a plan, or ask support@hubdo.com to extend the trial.

Line item usage shows how many line items your portal created in each of the last 6 months.

Step 2: Turn DoPricer on for your Companies

DoPricer is off for every Company until you set the Company's DoPricer Enabled property to On.

Step 3: Create your price lists

Use Price lists > Manage price lists in DoPricer Settings, then choose a price list on each Company with DoPricer Pricelist.

Step 4: Choose whether to price Quotes

Apply pricing to quotes is off when you install. Turn it on if your reps add line items in Quotes.

Step 5: Add the Deal price list card

Use App cards > Manage locations to add the Deal price list override card to Deal records, so reps can choose a different price list for a single Deal.
